Returns
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging (including manuals, tags, and accessories where applicable).
  • A proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.
  • Customers are responsible for return postage costs for unwanted or incorrectly ordered items.

How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at contact@loovisa.com with your order number and reason for the return.

If your return is approved, we’ll provide:

  • A return shipping label
  • Instructions on how and where to send your package

Important: Please do not send items back without first requesting a return. Unapproved returns will not be accepted and may be sent back to you at your expense.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and notify us within 24 hours if:

  • Your item is damaged
  • Your item is defective
  • You received the wrong item

Where possible, keep the original packaging to help us process your claim efficiently. We may request photos of the issue before arranging a replacement, exchange, or refund.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Products purchased during clearance sales or marked as “Final Sale”
  • Gift cards or digital products
  • Custom-made or special-order items (unless defective)
  • Items that have been used, assembled, or are missing parts

Exchanges
The fastest way to get your preferred item is to return your unwanted one first. Once your return is processed and approved, you can place a new order for the replacement item.

Refunds

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3 business days.
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
